Carton Closers are used by large and small manufacturers on production lines and by packing departments in companies of all sizes.  These staples are made from broad flat wire to offer maximum strength on fastening the carton flaps.  The chisel points penetrate the carton without tears which would weaken the closure.  Carton Staplers, sometimes referred to as clinchers, are a time saving packaging tool when compared to sealing a carton with packaging tape or glue.  Also, they produce a more secure carton or box as the package has to be forced open.  Your customer, the receiver, will know if the incoming carton was tampered with whereas a taped carton may be easily retaped.  Tape can easily be cut, goods pilfered and re-taped whereas removed and replacing staples is no so easy.

Staples also have advantages over other carton closing methods such as hot melt glue.  Made of metal (which can be recycled) staples can be more easily separated in the recycle process.  Staples can be applied quickly with less waste than glue or tape and there is no drying time.  Other similiar brands are Bea and Josef Kihlberg.
